Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Sustainability program development and implementation
- Builds relationships and connections across business to promote and coordinate sustainability within the company
- Manage the day-to-day non- financial indicator data collection and reporting including process improvements and incorporation of changing requirements.
- Support sustainability reporting requirements and data collection with global Iberdrola Group.
- Support data collection and coordination for key sustainability indices including the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, CDP disclosure program, FFTSE4good.
- Support and deliver special projects in the Sustainability areas.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in ESG program management and reporting
• Proven leadership skills. Project management experience
• Bachelors’ Degree required with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and minimum 1 years industry experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Detail oriented and demonstrated success in implementing similar projects including data collection and reporting experience
• Experience working across organizations including in a highly matrixed organization managing multiple stakeholders.

• Bilingual capability preferred; fluency in Spanish and English in both written and verbal communication desired
