Ellen is a regular speaker at industry events, and pens a column with GreenBiz entitled “Talent Show.” She frequently shares her perspective with global media outlets, including Marketplace, the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s.

Jennifer brings decades of full cycle recruiting experience to the team. Her early career included working with ambitious, purpose-led companies in the manufacturing, publishing, and high-tech industries, and her non-profit experience includes HR roles for social entrepreneurs. She relishes the opportunity to align change makers with corporate clients ready to tackle today’s environmental and social challenges.

Jordan brings seven years of full-cycle recruitment experience working across a variety of different industries and disciplines. Most recently, he focused on Sustainability and ESG recruitment for the asset management sector in North America where he helped build responsible investment teams, placed senior executives, and was named a top Wall Street recruiter for ESG by Business Insider in 2022. He is deeply committed to helping to solve today’s biggest challenges by helping clients attract and retain the best professionals in their respective fields.

Nicole spent 10 years as an executive assistant across various industries including non-profit, fashion and tech before pivoting to the talent acquisition space. Most recently she led a recruiting operations team responsible for building and implementing a unique high-volume recruitment process. As a mission-driven person with a knack for coordination, Nicole is passionate about creating a positive experience for recruiters, candidates and clients.

Kara Velez

Bookkeeper

Kara has over 10 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping field, working across many industries. Most recently in healthcare and education. Kara started her career at a bookkeeping firm where she was exposed to small to mid-size businesses of varying industries. Her experience includes financial reporting, financial analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, benefits administration, and month end closing.
