Position Overview:

Join our innovative Corporate Social Responsibility team

Our team is responsible for delivering our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and practices. Collaborating with our global leaders, customers and thought leaders, we identify opportunities to improve how we do business. We sit at the heart of helping to transform the performance of our company and our industry.

Lead our CSR improvement programs

As a senior analyst, you will help design and implement the change in practices that underpin our CSR strategy. You will lead on research, reporting and fixing internal systems that improve our CSR performance. Working with leaders, investors and customers you will develop CSR programs that change how we do business.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing our data gathering and reporting framework for Corporate Responsibility Framework
  • Engaging with external ESG ratings and rankings, conducting analysis and recommending areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with the business and customers on projects that improve our operational and CSR performance
  • Keeping up-to-date with new and emerging CSR trends, standards and frameworks through learning, development and certification programs

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience operating as an internal/external consultant, analyzing and improving business processes in a global complex organisation
  • Some background and knowledge of sustainability reporting and frameworks
  • Show good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
  • Demonstrate your passion for sustainability and desire to make an impact
  • Have well-honed project management skills, demonstrating how you have brought cross-functional teams together to successful outcomes
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate your ability to learn quickly, see the bigger picture, think laterally and connect the dots
