The Boeing Company is looking for a Lead Sustainability Reporting Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Plano, TX; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Huntsville, AL; or El Segundo, CA.
The Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organization was formed with the mission of helping Boeing achieve our vision to innovate and operate to make the world better. Our Sustainability Reporting & Risk Management team has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic problem solver with a passion for sustainability who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a senior sustainability reporting lead who will advance our environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and disclosure practices to meet accelerating customer expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leading Boeing’s Sustainability reporting activities including leading the annual enterprise Sustainability report, the sustainability portion of our company’s Proxy Statement, and coordination for CDP reporting.
- Maturing Boeing’s data governance and control practices in support of all reporting needs, including future regulatory and assurance requirements.
- Engaging with external sustainability standards organizations and rating agencies to develop relationships and maintain an up to date understanding of the frameworks and ratings systems to identify gaps and priorities in our sustainability data and messaging.
- Collaborating externally and internally with cross-industry and enterprise peers to benchmark and share key trends and standard methodologies.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability, including experience with reporting, governance, data management and/or measuring impact
- Data management, controls & governance experience
- Experience with program/project management, including experience managing large complex initiatives
- Experience working with employees across all levels including Senior Leadership/C-Suite members
- Experience in presentation development with PowerPoint and data analysis with Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Master’s degree or higher
- Direct experience in Sustainability/ESG voluntary and/or regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with Sustainability reporting frameworks and tools across rating agencies
- Experience with reporting data platforms (e.g. Workiva)
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 15 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 13 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
