Position Overview:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and deliver on key sustainability metrics initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with key customer metric requirements.
• Support the B Corp recertification process.
• Accelerate multi-capital scorecard metric efforts.
• Support vital capital index efforts.
• Provide other metrics and indicator efforts as required.
• Serve as key resource for Green Team Network across all locations.
• Coordinate communication with and among Green Team leaders / members.
• Update key performance indicators (KPI) in support of Green Team activities.
• Assist Green Teams in meeting project goals and sharing best practices.
• Serve as resource for Board-appointed Sustainable Farms Committee.
• Support Director in assisting Committee in setting and achieving its goals.
• Function as support for Director on key sustainability issues impacting public opinion.
• Monitor social media sustainability communities.
• Help in creating and coordinating sustainability content for use as needed.
• Give heads-up to communication team members on any outgoing content / response developed that may trigger a consumer response.
