Job Overview

As our internal sustainability expert in this role, you will support Topgolf Callaway Brands’ Global Sustainability Program, across all of our brands (Topgolf, Callaway Golf, TravisMathew, Toptracer, Odyssey, OGIO, Jack Wolfskin, and World Golf Tour), by driving overall program strategy and key sustainability initiatives, in addition to coordinating with the Sustainability Team, global Sustainability Champions, and external consultants to write the Company’s future Sustainability Reports and ESG Data Tables.

How You Will Make a Difference

Lead the Company’s future Sustainability Reports and ESG Data Tables from start to finish, act as the Company Subject Matter Expert on sustainability reporting frameworks and relevant regulations, monitor and maintain the Company’s ESG-related ratings and rankings, oversee responses to external inquiries on ESG topics, drive various strategic sustainability projects, support the ESG data collection process, and execute other tasks as directed by management.

How You Will Do It

By strategically driving the Global Sustainability Program initiatives, you will work cross functionally in order to execute hands-on tasks, including reporting, data collection and advising on recommendations or opportunities for future sustainability initiatives. Through fostering strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with our global teams, you will gain the support, insight, and buy-in needed to achieve business objectives.

What Success Looks Like

Managing the overall Global Sustainability Program in a way that allows us to successfully maintain and build upon the Company’s sustainability efforts. Our ESG-related ratings and rankings will remain stable or improve under your leadership. We will be prepared for upcoming sustainability-related regulations under your guidance, and you will help us navigate this evolving landscape.

Skills for Success

• Detailed knowledge of social and environmental sustainability topics
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability/ESG, Business, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the Sustainability/ESG field
• Strongly prefer direct experience in creating, writing, and publishing Sustainability reports or disclosures
• Knowledge of GRI, TCFD, SASB, and other frameworks, plus ISS and MSCI ESG-related scores preferred
• Experience in or knowledge of apparel/footwear/accessories/entertainment/food and beverage industries preferred
• Experience with calculating Scope 1-3 emissions and analyzing options for reductions
