Job Purpose and Impact
The ESG Customer Support Manager will provide and drive implementation of our ESG strategy and programs. In this role, you will work across supply chains, with businesses, corporate team members, outside industry groups and with downstream customers with a goal of delivering practical sustainability solutions that enable our business to grow and customers to be more profitable. You will help to develop, train and influence the team to gain proficiency in responding to customer requests and engaging customers in our sustainability programs and offerings.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide insights and incorporate emerging opportunities and expectations of our customers into our ESG strategy and programs.
- Implement customer-facing external programs, sustainable production schemes, digital technology solutions and common sustainability programs leveraging industry insights and best practices.
- Drive execution of project plans, working directly with internal and external stakeholders to build engagement and trust between the customer community and business.
- Develop training tools, resources, workshops and learning sessions to assist with internal and external execution.
- Track key metrics around the sustainability commercialization strategy and business goals to ensure the value and progress is transparent and meaningful to customers.
- Implement and maintain a process to track and report program performance outcomes to customers.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in development of processes as they relate to sustainability
- Experience in managing customer relationships
- Experience in project or program management
