Position Overview:

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive customer centric features in an As-a-Service cloud model to differentiate and improve technical supportability, troubleshooting, and customer experience in Cradlepoint’s NetCloud Manager
  • Responsible for the full customer troubleshooting experience with ease of use and value confirmation in mind
  • Work closely with a variety of stakeholders including customer success, support, sales, marketing, customers, and partners in defining solution direction and optimizing existing functionality
  • Understand the business value behind product decisions and advocate for solutions while serving as primary product and business representative as a team member of high-performing development teams
  • Analyze data from a variety of sources to answer product or operational related questions and incorporate the analysis into decision making processes
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of internal systems, systems architecture, and customer requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of features based on the strategic roadmap
  • Author user stories for the development team based on product features and enhancements
  • Review and approve deliverables prepared by the development team
  • Lead cross-functional teams to surface issues, remove blockers, and work through solution design as needed
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to translate technical aspects of solutions into go-to-market strategy and deliverables
  • Partner with UX and research teams to optimize the user experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant product or leadership experience
  • Strong ability to understand both technical details and practical business application of how enterprises want to centrally manage and support a geographically diverse network in order to align product vision and roadmap
  • Experience working with agile product development teams
  • Exceptional analytical reasoning skills based on data
  • Technical fluency
  • Knowledge of network management, cloud/SaaS management, LTE, 5G, Wireless WAN, WLAN, network security, APIs, and/or networking technologies a plus
  • Critical thinking skills to make intelligent and defendable decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation
  • Ability to create effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, be persistent, patient and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to persuasively deliver presentations to senior executives, partners and customers and at industry events
  • Fast executor, self-starter, and passionate
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% (post pandemic) if not located in Boise
