Job Description:
Program Management

• Support the development of standard operating procedures and EisnerAmper’s ESG & Sustainability Solutions service line development goals.
• Supports outreach efforts to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain stakeholder and client databases.
• Build, maintain and track strategic relationships for all ESG and Sustainability outsourced partnerships.
• Assist with client scheduling and management of client service processes, such as tracking billing and budgets.
• Cross-Functional Team Support
• Support cross-functional collaboration across various teams within EisnerAmper, including legal, audit and EA Digital.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across various service lines within EisnerAmper by streamlining and standardizing repeatable content for Private Equity, Manufacturing & Distribution and Real Estate.
• Content Creation
• Marketing content editing and curation for internal slide decks, infographics, editing, article review. Ensure 24-hour turnaround time on an as-need basis.
• Combine information from various sources and generate reports and graphics.
• Support delivery team through report write-ups for each step of the delivery process summarizing findings, recommendations and next steps for clients.

Research

• Stays abreast of trends in renewable resources, sustainable work processes, and environmental science.
• Collects and curates content for EisnerAmper blogs, articles and other website content.
• Perform analytical-related activities of large amounts of data and identify trends.

Analysis

• Support digital integration, including collaborating with EA Digital to ensure seamless automation to improve tech enablement and the creation of dashboards and visualization.
• Point person for client technical support on all ESG-integrated products, including ESG software.
• Pull necessary information from client data and ESG software for statistical analysis and present information in a digestible format for both the delivery team and the client.
• Assists the ESG & Sustainability team with a variety of client projects and internal program development.
• Support client delivery by organizing, maintaining, editing and updating all client-related deliverables for consistency in content, methodology, execution and branding.
• Support the delivery team in reviewing client documents, policies and initiatives for current state assessments and compile findings.
• Support development of EisnerAmper’s internal CSR initiatives, including leading various initiatives for the internal CSR Cabinet, such as collection and tracking of energy, carbon, water and waste data.

Basic Qualifications:

• A degree in environmental science, energy management, environmental engineering or a related field with a focus on sustainability, environmental management and reporting and analysis.
• Experience in program management, data analysis and data presentation.
• Experience in public speaking and presentations and a proven track record of working with prospects and clients to promote programs and services, market concepts and manage relationships.
• Experience in research, and using technology to manage information and improve service delivery.
• Familiar with GRI, or other ESG assessment criteria.

Ideally, you may also have:

• Experience working with an NGO, investment bank, consultancies, or rating agencies is a plus.
• Sustainability experience, such as working in environmental research, risk policy, CSR, or climate change is a plus.
