Where we need help:

Good.Lab is building SaaS-powered enterprise solutions to help companies improve their Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance performance. Our Product team partners closely with our Consulting practice to understand and build solutions to solve the challenges that companies face in collecting, managing, analyzing, and visualizing data related to ESG performance. We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to focus on gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

What you will do:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing and sequencing features based on customer need, technical requirements, and investment;
  • Obsess the customer experience: Conduct research and interviews to deeply understand our customers and their needs;
  • Evaluate and drive trade-off decisions and prioritization, considering inputs from customers, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Support and other teams
  • Partner closely with the Architecture team to align the technical and product roadmaps for maximum impact
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, with an ability to prioritize the most important features to maximize impact
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification;
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities;
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition;
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product;
  • Perform product demos to customers;
  • Contribute to pricing strategy to meet revenue and profitability goals;
  • Help define, track, and manage budget;
  • Develop sales tools and collateral, and
  • Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager and demonstrated ownership of core product elements;
  • Demonstrated involvement across the full product life cycle, from ideation through launch to ongoing support and improvement;
  • 3+ years of experience with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent business or enterprise software or data products;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred);
  • Ideally familiarity with Sustainability & ESG data, frameworks, disclosure standards and best practices in reporting;
  • Technical background, with experience in enterprise data gathering, processing and visualization solutions, and creating operational metrics and dashboards using SQL and Tableau (or similar) visualization tools preferred
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
