Position Overview:

The Sustainability Manager is responsible for providing new clients with the Advantage Solutions Energy Services Sustainability services available through the Greystar relationships with our preferred third-party billing vendors, from initial proposal to finalizing through the order and onboarding processes. Responsible for all aspects of the Greystar Advantage Solutions process which includes energy reporting services, order forms, product onboarding, education, and daily RPM and Client interaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proactively work to leverage the right resources for more effective targeting and outreach with regards to client calls, RPM sales trainings and education.
  • Oversee and direct multiple projects simultaneously, remaining in constant communication with RPM or site teams and the vendor during the onboarding progression, ensuring availability as the go to source for all questions concerning new property onboarding processes.
  • Create and update weekly reporting measures regarding new business gained and onboarded, including analyzing and reviewing data to maximize results.
  • Oversee the Energy team process for ordering and implementing Sustainability Services.
  • Interact with Clients and Operations teams to educate, sell, and deliver Sustainability services as provided by the third-party vendor.
  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, recommending and strategizing implementation of enhancements to existing and new processes and procedures for Advantage Solutions.

Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
