Position Overview:

What is in it for you: As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage sales activities in continental Europe. A central part of the role is to develop and execute on a go to market strategy. The territory and segment focus will depend upon your experience, talent and interest.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Head of Sales, develop and execute on a strategy to grow sales to asset managers and asset owners in continental Europe.
- Represent Impact Cubed at meetings with prospective clients, diagnosing their needs and conveying the value of our solutions.
- Work with clients to help them integrate impact data in their investment processes, support them in using the data and answer technical questions.
- Prospect, generate leads and write proposals; follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings; plan and prepare presentations; maintain client accounts.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services sector
- Understanding how financial institutions are evaluating and incorporating ESG, impact and climate issues in their decision-making.
- Experience working with a sustainable investment team or an ESG data provider.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling proposals for innovative or customized solutions for sustainable investing.
- Ability to travel to offsite meetings (as travel advisory permits)
- Business acumen, good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results oriented.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in sales to institutional investors, in particular asset managers
- Full Professional French or German
