Description: At Kimco Realty, ESG is integral to our stakeholder-driven approach to business. We are committed to providing high-quality reporting on our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, including both quantitative and qualitative information about impacts and initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, ESG, the Manager, ESG Reporting will manage all aspects of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data collection, reporting and disclosure against multiple ESG frameworks (including SASB, TCFD, GRI, GRESB, DJSI, and others) as well prepare responses to our various stakeholder ESG information requests (investors, joint venture partners, etc.). Kimco operates nationally, and we are flexible on location for this role.

The Manager, ESG Reporting will focus their time throughout the year as outlined below:

• Regular and Ad Hoc ESG Reporting and Data Management: 50%
• Stakeholder Engagement: 50%

Specific Duties of the Position:

• Lead the creation of annual ESG disclosures (e.g. Annual/10-K, Proxy, CR Report, Workforce Diversity/EEO-1 (HR), Green Bond Report & Green Credit Facilities)
• Manage 3^rd party rater & ranker, investor and JV ESG disclosures annually benchmarking progress against ESG frameworks (e.g. GRESB, DJSI, FTSE4Good, Sustainalytics, MSCI, ISS, etc.)
• Partner with key internal teams (Investor Relations, Accounting, HR, etc.) to achieve objectives
• Manage the year-round ESG data collection, auditing and reporting function in coordination with internal partners and vendors
• Own the future development of an ESG database
• Perform annual gap analysis of ESG framework results
• Prepare quarterly progress reporting for Board, executive team, etc.
• Prepare for, and participate in engagement with various stakeholders (examples: Board of Directors, Tenants, Investors, etc.)
• Act as the project manager to ensure regular update of ESG Policy
• Stay up-to-date on ESG best practices and trends, and raise ideas to continue to drive program strategy
• Conduct ESG research across industry policies and reports

Requirements

• Have a good understanding, and preferably experience with, some or most of these ESG reporting frameworks: GRI, TCFD, SASB, GRESB, DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE4Good, ISS, etc.
• Strong verbal and communication skills are necessary for frequent interactions with Kimco employees at all levels and regions
• Strong data analysis skills, with at least a basic understanding of common ESG and sustainability metrics, data collection methods, and tools
• Must be able to manage multiple projects at once in various stages
• Occasional travel may be required
