The Sustainability Services portfolio leverages our network, experience, infrastructure, and global reach to collaborate with our customers towards meaningful progress.  Services like Asset Recovery and our CO2 Offset program are tangible ways to contribute with our customer in their own sustainability journey.

Our Global Sustainability Services Team is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sustainability Services Global Strategy Manager to support the development and enhancement of our portfolio globally.

As part of our team, your key responsibilities would be:

• Drive the alignment and development of Sustainability Services portfolio with our corporate ESG strategy
• Build relationship across Lenovo’s business units to identify ESG/Sustainability opportunities
• Validate, incubate, and develop projects and initiatives for Sustainability Services globally
• Support services business development across all markets
• Lead Sustainability Services global programs, communications, and branding efforts
• Continuous improvement to our structure, processes, and methods
• Translating strategy into actionable plans

You’ll be a good match if you have:

• 7+ yrs. experience in fast paced global corporate environment
• Excellent understanding of ESG-related topics, measurements, and trends
• Outstanding communicator experienced with creating and delivering executive presentations
• Excellent understanding of circular economy drivers and broad range of sustainability metrics
• Experience consulting or contributing to ESG projects in a corporate setting
• Experience working successfully with global teams
• Outstanding analytics and strategic thinking skills
• Highly experienced in developing multiyear plans, projects and roadmaps to turn strategy in to operation
• Ability to draft communications for several different audiences
• Experience in collaborating with numerous and various stakeholders within a complex organization
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Sustainability / Circular Economy credentials +++
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture
