Role:

Position Overview Mastercard is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst to join the Sustainability team, to support Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting to ensure that our reporting reinforces our sustainability and business strategy.

  • Plan and coordinate submissions of ESG-related surveys to third-party raters/rankers, customers and other stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee project timelines as it relates to these ESG-related survey submissions
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Mastercard to collect appropriate data and information
  • Manage the collection, initial review and aggregation of ESG data
  • Collaborate with the Sustainability team, Investor Relations and Legal in reviewing the submissions
  • Establish relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
  • Provide support to Sustainability team to ensure effective and efficient operations, as needed
  • Manage ad hoc initiatives in support of cross-functional workstreams internally and externally

All About You

  • Strong interest in the field of Sustainability
  • Proven track record in managing systems and multiple workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate tools and other resources to execute tasks, address issues and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated project management and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams
