Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager in the Global Sustainable Impact team this role will support the advancement of MDLZ’s Global Sustainable Packaging agenda and expansion of ESG reporting landscape and capabilities. The role will report into the Senior Director Sustainable Packaging, ESG Reporting and Engagement and supports development and execution of our Sustainable Packaging agenda. Further, lead ESG research and analytics along cross functional teams to evaluate, analyze and advance both our internal and external reporting

How you will contribute

• Support the Packaging Waste Management Infrastructure program both from strategic design to implementation
• Support Consumer recycling communication initiatives in key geographies both where regulatory requirements are in place, and without
• Support ongoing ESG Reporting requirements including:
  • Implementation of new ESG reporting dashboards including coordination of inputs, design and final deliverables ensuring continual engagement of key stakeholders
  • Ongoing management of ESG data across core elements driving accuracy, challenging measurements and approach whilst continual improving our reporting capabilities and ensuring they reflect our strategic goals
  • Working with External Coms, Corporate Governance and Investor Relations to ensure proactive management of ESG reporting requirements and ongoing stakeholder engagement
  • Ongoing ESG Benchmarking and analysis of peer companies and report results/ratings
  • Identifying and coordinating the reporting requirements/inputs from internal workstream leads and ensure timely population of key reports and disclosures
  • Analyzing reporting results/rating and identifying opportunities for enhanced results/ratings

• Demonstrated sound, well-structured and excellent analytical capabilities
• Experience in similar role or familiarity with (Sustainability and/or ESG Reporting) either in comparable company or relevant consulting firm a bonus
• Ability to combine strategic vision and thinking with everyday tactical detail with a strong orientation to action
• Effective inter-personal skills, relationship-builder who is collaborations-oriented and can effectively link the interests of multiple stakeholders
• Strong Project management skills
• Proven ability to adjust and work across-cultures
• Strong driver of change and demonstrated learning agility
