Position Overview:

Description

Lead Global Sustainability Consulting Programs by ensuring consistency of program quality and delivery, driving collaboration across the unit and working together with local and global teams in bringing successful programs to fruition in other markets; manage regional team leads to meet margin targets and other determined KPIs; understand global and market-specific trends and collaborate with the other program leads when needed.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Global implementation and successful performance of all programs and services of the unit
Ensure financial success, including pricing and managing costs
Responsible for staff training in order to maintain appropriate staff levels and competencies
Develop and deliver reports for leadership
Manage and deliver successful Key Account growth

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or equivalent experience,
• 8+ years’ experience in food, training, or consulting services;
• Experience with sustainability services
• English native or advanced level
• Able to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• P&L experience preferred
• Master’s degree
• Leadership experience in a global team in a matrix organization
• Demonstrated history of strong customer service skills
