Job Description
PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, and owner of one of the world’s largest private fleets, has an opening for a Fleet Sustainability Program Manager. This position will lead the design and implementation of PepsiCo’s sustainability evolution and commitment to deliver the PEP+ agenda. The candidate must have superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Must have demonstrated decision making skills, a passion for delivering the sustainability agenda, and exposure to sustainability in industry. Must have demonstrated abilities in crafting and delivering a message, gaining alignment, and influence at all levels of the organization.
This role will support the Better Together Fleet organization, bridging fleet strategies across PepsiCo. Collaboration with field stakeholders, Fleet COE teams, sustainability organizations in FLNA and PBNA, consultants, and external agencies will be required.
- Design fleet sustainability strategy to support future of fleet, productivity, sustainability, efficiency, safety and PEP+ goals
- Collaboration with internal fleet organization to design dynamic and inclusive reporting, modeling that supports sustainability decision making, strategies, and funding advocacy
- Analysis, industry knowledge that supports long and short-term strategic asset purchasing
- Evaluation of financial considerations and impact; total cost of ownership analysis
- Capital, WWP funding management
- Identification of opportunities and new technologies, tools, and retrofit solutions to reduce fleet emissions
- Demonstrate external relationship management; develop and maintain critical partnerships that support fleet operations, emissions reductions
- Leadership on sustainability, GHG reduction strategy to support the education of organization, internal stakeholders on strategic map and execution
- Operate as a fleet business liaison between PBNA, FLNA Sustainability Centers of Excellence, delivering complementary workstreams that support the collective goal
Qualifications/Requirements

- Ability to communicate cross functionally across organizations to convey messaging, gain alignment
- Ability to balance strategic and financial goals
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in ambiguous environments
- Keen attention to detail and meticulous planning
- Knowledge and familiarity with process development and improvement
- Creation of alignment to new methods, tools
- Leadership capability – demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration to solve problems
- Ability to evaluate & optimize solutions for desired financial & business impact
- Ability to clearly communicate and win support of ideas and plans to all levels of the organization, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish, maintain and evaluate external relationships
- Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and data-based approach to decision making
- Ability to travel to field locations and suppliers (up to 50%)
- Ability to lead meetings of various sizes with varied constituents and present/speak effectively
- Ability to integrate into the PepsiCo Fleet Team and contribute to people and organizational development.
Role Requirements:
- Degree: BS degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sustainability, or related work experience in sustainability, automotive, or transportation industry
- Position based in Plano, TX
- Knowledge and familiarity with agency reporting requirements and regulations
