Your Responsibilities
Evaluate ‘Sustainability as a Service’ offerings in the marketplace and evaluate archetypes that may be attractive to rPG.
Drive a robust product innovation funnel and governance process. Ensure that new product initiatives are aligned with customer requirements and are appropriately aligned to rPG business plan and innovation strategy.
Write the associated frameworks, standards, or guidelines for product and service offerings that can be checked against to ensure maximum compliance by the brand partners.
Through excellent project management, deliver new products through end-to-end assessment/analysis and ability to pivot for success. Ensure work is prioritized and managed effectively, with feasible milestones delivered each quarter.
Drive innovation by keeping in touch with industry trends and competitive benchmarking. Leverage partnerships, experiments and collaborations to develop and scale innovations, working iteratively, and implement lessons learned across markets.
Support business development and customer engagements to build trust and credibility of rePurpose Global with CPG brand partners and improve product offers. Conduct or commission research and engage with stakeholders and customers to inform product development priorities, understand client needs, and develop value propositions.
$60,000 – $70,000 a year
The above range is the salary bracket for this role. rePurpose Global offers market-competitive remuneration based on your primary location of residence, with the potential for milestone-based incentives and equity participation.

You are equally capable of & energized by complex technical research and stakeholder engagement and day-to-day project management.
