Position Overview:

Position Summary:

This role will manage relationships with internal and external teams and functions to compile relevant data and progress related to Signet’s Corporate Sustainability Goals encompassing human capital management, DEI, supply chain, responsible sourcing, climate strategy and social impact programs as well as support various corporate sustainability and ESG strategies.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Contribute to our Sustainability strategy by being immersed in industry trends, providing research support on a wide variety of Impact topics, and seek out opportunities for continual improvement in our processes. Takes a leadership role in the ongoing partnership with a variety of cross functional teams to consistently deliver successful projects that elevate customer, partner and business needs. Continuous attention to emerging trends in ESG frameworks including SASB and TCFD.
• Serve as a subject matter authority on reporting Signet’s data and statistics for corporate awards and surveys. Serve as lead project manager on Great Place to Work, Bloomberg GEI, Paradigm for Parity, and others.
• Lead our Corporate Sustainability Goal tracking, monitoring, and communications. This will include working with partners across the organization to refine our strategy, undertake research and analysis, and monitor programs that will enable us to report on our goal progress.
• Collect data and draft content for annual sustainability report. Contributes to internal status updates, progress reports, and analytics about the ongoing development of all sustainability programs throughout the year.
• Lead engagements with partners. Represent Signet in outreach to the United Nations and industry coalitions. Continuous application of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to our work.
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in public policy, economics, sustainability or related.

Job-Related Experience: Minimum of 3 years; 5+ years preferred in corporate or NGO.

Technical/Other Skills Required: Research, data and analysis, and benchmarking. Familiarity with global ESG standards and frameworks including, but not limited to, Global Reporting Initiative, SASB, UN Principles for Responsible Investing, UN Sustainable Development Goals, CDP, and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
