We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Manager who will work with a broad set of stakeholders to drive activities supporting the company’s sustainability objectives.  The position has  responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of the company’s sustainability program, including managing the process of collecting and reporting of sustainability performance measures.   The position also has the responsibility of engaging with the business units through various means to facilitate actions which will help ensure that the company meets its sustainability commitments.   This will involve a focus on capability building through the development of communications and training and facilitating on-site energy/environmental kaizen events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive actions associated with Achieve 2025 and other relevant sustainability goals, including directly engaging with business units to support completion of sustainability projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of environmental metrics.
  • Support external stakeholder sustainability information requests and complete annual sustainability data submittals. (i.e., CDP, ISS, DoE, Data Aggregators, etc).
  • Complete annual peer company sustainability program benchmarking assessment .
  • Support annual Corporate Responsibility Report development.
  • Manage supplier sustainability programs.
  • Develop sustainability communications and training materials.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or related degree.
  • 5+ years of experience.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Exposure to Lean, Kaizen and other continuous improvement competencies.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency opportunities in the manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse Gas reporting protocols and ES&G frameworks (e.g, SASB and TCFD)
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
