Consumers use the company’s solutions to view their credit profiles and access analytical tools that help them understand and manage their personal information and take precautions against identity theft.

The Sustainability Office oversees the development and implementation of TransUnion’s corporate sustainability programming. The sustainability program engages key stakeholders, sets sustainability objectives, oversees goal execution, reports enterprise progress as well as provides thought leadership on emerging environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) risks and opportunities. What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated project management skills – bringing a project from beginning to end
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills with the ability to structure and advance multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously – while effectively managing complex, sensitive, and/or confidential information
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent listening, presentation, and written communication skills suited for a range of audiences and channels (e.g., website, annual reports, press releases, social media, etc.)
  • Proven experience engendering trust, credibility, and confidence with a diverse set of internal partners, developing positive working relationships and leading through influence in order to build consensus and prioritize action and results
  • Superior attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and strong organizational / program management skills to deliver high quality deliverables in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional excel and record-keeping skills
  • High-energy, self-starter, collaborative, organized, highly detail-oriented and positive attitude
  • Passion for social justice and sustainability issues required; experience in this area a plus

Impact You’ll Make:

As part of the Sustainability Office, this role will play a central in managing diverse stakeholder requests and project managing cross-functional initiatives. This position will directly interface with customers, investors, associate groups, and vendors, as needed. Fully remote candidates will be considered for locations where TransUnion has business operations.

  • Project managing subject-matter expert contributions to enterprise projects (e.g., Sustainability Report, Global Materiality Assessment)
  • Build and maintain a relationship matrix, tracking engagements between the Sustainability Office and various stakeholders (e.g., investors, customers, and associates)
  • Lead investor response ESG strategy to multiple questionnaires and information requests
  • Co-design sustainability engagements with sales and investor relations team members
  • Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and payment
