Position Overview:
Under Armour has one mission: to make you better. We have a commitment to innovation that lies at the heart of everything we do, not just for our athletes but also for our teammates. As a global organization, our teams around the world push boundaries and think beyond what is expected. Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without.
Position Summary
The Manager, Sustainability Operations will manage programs and initiatives that support the strategic plan for sustainability and advance the reputation and awareness of the Company’s sustainability initiatives within Under Armour. In support of our value, Act Sustainably, as well as clear direction from the OCOO, operationalizing sustainability initiatives into the business is critical to achieving our ambitions of being a leader in sustainability by 2030. As the interdependencies and cross-functional nature of the sustainability strategic integration work impacts and touches every part of the organization, the need for greater support in operations and program management is critical to ensuring that the goals, targets, and KPIs that are being established and implemented across the organization are being tracked, analyzed, and driven to completion (completion being ownership by the respective business area and integrated into work processes and practices). This role will need to be able to work cross-functionally across the enterprise to develop and implement sustainability programs that will bring about measurable operational and environmental and social benefits for the company that drives greater business value.
