The Senior Analyst position reports to the Director. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong analytics and reporting leader who has experience with cross-functional business partnerships, supporting the development of ESG KPIs, and meeting reporting requirements (and targets, where applicable) aligned with business goals.
How you’ll LEAD:
The Senior Analyst manages the annual social reporting campaign, including data collection, verification, and attestation of social metrics. The Senior Analyst is expected to have, and continuously develop, knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and standards impacting social reporting, to be able to convey their relevance and impact to stakeholders, and to identify and communicate opportunities for the collection of additional KPIs to strengthen our disclosures. This position will involve analyzing social data and trends while collaborating closely with relevant stakeholder communities such as People, Inclusion & Culture (PIC), Finance, Global Communications, Business Affairs, and others to identify and support strategies that improve ESG performance.

- Understands the core competencies of the Human Resources function
- Understanding of SASB, GRI, CSRD (ESRS) as well as other relevant social reporting standards/frameworks
- Intermediate to advanced skills with the following applications preferred:
- Workday
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Excel (advanced, required)
- MS Word
- Adobe Design Suite, preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to present metrics, explain findings, and articulate issues and challenges together with proposed solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Operations
- Support the Director with the development of the ESG Framework and utilizes institutional knowledge as well as the relevant ESG frameworks and standards to recommend improvements
- Own the global social data collection and consolidation process, including, but not limited to:
- Develop, manage, and implement the social data collection campaign, including scope confirmation, stakeholder training, and data validation
- Perform and oversee internal verification of territory submissions, ensuring mathematical accuracy, logistical coherence, and consistent application of the ESG Framework globally
- Prepare social trend analysis and is able to explain, articulate, and contextualize variances on a granular level using well-supported stakeholder feedback
- Develop and execute the social audit preparation plan and timeline, including presentations, templates, and stakeholder training
- Prepare the social audit package and presentation(s), ensures the Director has reviewed and approved all deliverables, and deliver social results to auditors
- Collaborate with the ESG team and internal stakeholder groups on initiatives to support the continuous improvement of social KPIs
- Support ESG system configuration related to improving the user interface, changes to indicators or KPIs, and user acceptance testing
Reporting
- Develop and manage the process to collect, track, and maintain data and copy required for CSRD compliance related to social indicators
- Support the reporting of social metrics to the board, investors, and other internal stakeholders by developing informational materials, visualizations, and presentations
- Prepare documentation around our social metrics in support of internal and external audit and assurance
- Take ownership in leading the ESG team’s access to Metric Stream, including setup to target KPIs and maintenance to ensure accurate reporting
Experience:
- 3-5 years relevant experience such as Corporate ESG, Big, 4 ESG Advisory, Human Resources Generalist
- SASB or GRI certified, preferred
- Experience and/or working knowledge of the following:
- Diversity and Inclusion

- Training and Professional Development
- Employee Relations
- Knowledge of ESG landscape and the music/media/tech sector
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Managerial Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
- Master’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or Organizational Behavior with a Human Capital Management focus, preferred
- HR Management Certifications, preferred

Salary Range:
$52,210 – $108,772
