Position Overview:

Drive Vontier’s position as a leader in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) as our Sustainability Manager. In this role, you will manage key sustainability and ESG initiatives collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on reporting, content creation, and program implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage sustainability performance database; create sustainability dashboards and scorecards for company leadership to increase awareness and drive continuous improvement
• Organize and prepare data for annual ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) disclosure frameworks
• Develop compelling content for Vontier’s sustainability web page and internal communication channels
• Project manage Vontier’s annual ESG report
• Conduct sustainability/ESG benchmarking related to transparency and reporting, emerging issues and trends
• Identify opportunities for Vontier to enhance sustainability efforts based on identified performance gaps and trends
• Research best practices for ESG investment disclosures, indices and rankings to ensure Vontier is well-positioned to external stakeholders
• Contribute to Vontier’s long-term ESG strategy by collaborating cross-functionally to execute the program and formulate action plans
• Review and respond to internal and external stakeholder inquires

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 + years of relevant experience managing, analyzing, and reporting sustainability and/or ESG company performance
• Experience working with sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and emerging sustainability communication trends
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex subject matter in a clear and compelling manner
• Strong project manager with strong organizational and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and execute tasks to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines as well as build strong relationships with key internal an external stakeholders
• Ideally have prior experience in greenhouse gas emissions inventory and tracking
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Willingness to travel as needed
