Summary of Role:
The WillowTwin for Real Estate Product Team is a team of passionate professional’s focused on Willow’s mission to modernize and transform the built world, improving sustainability, performance and connectedness.  With a blend of deep domain and solution capability, a passion for user experience and design thinking we are an agile product team focused on creating meaningful customer value.

The Product Manager(Energy & Sustainability)will lead the development of Willow’s product offering and strategic partnerships that will focus on delivering energy and sustainability outcomes, demonstrating a measurable impact on a customer’s year over year carbon emissions.

Role & Responsibilities:

    • Development, implementation, and management of product roadmap evolution specific to energy and sustainability outcomes
    • Develop strategic partnerships and relationships specific to energy and sustainability outcomes leveraging the WillowTwin platform
    • Client-facing product representation and engagement including supporting sales engagements and research and design engagements
    • Provide frequent communication to the product and company leadership on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision
    • Training key teams internally and users externally on product use, features and benefits

Skills & Experience Required:

    • Substantial end-to-end software product development and execution experience as a product owner/product manager (5+ years)
    • Experienced sustainability professional who has worked with corporations, developers, investors, or Government agencies to optimize their energy and sustainability performance
    • Experience in Developing partnerships including commercials and contracts
    • A passion for UX design, eager to contribute to innovation
    • Proficient in forming and managing key stakeholder relationships
    • Analytical strength in carrying data-driven expectations from inception through to execution
    • Insatiable desire to learn and understand
    • Formal Qualification – Bachelor degree or higher (masters preferred)
    • Preferred experience:
    • Demonstrated product go-to-market experience
    • Agile Product Management experience (Product Owner)
    • Understanding of globally recognized carbon reduction initiatives and organizations (Paris Climate Agreement, CRREM, GRESB, GRI, GCP, NABERS.)
