The person that takes the EVP job must have several cause campaigns under their belt in addition to 20+yrs of professional experience. So far we have two types of applicants, the agency folks who have run similar contracts for other consulting, PR, comms firms. The second is someone from the corporate side who may have run cause campaigns but has other work responsibilities either in comms or marketing. For this 2nd type of individual, they will have to tease out their cause experience for their cover letter.
