We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Account Supervisor to deliver exceptional client service in a deeply collaborative, team environment. Responsibilities include:
- Project management: Manage multiple workstreams and concurrent projects across sustainability strategy, program implementation and communications. This requires adept project management to ensure that work advances smoothly, with exceptional quality and superior outcomes.
- Client service: Collaborative day-to-day client relationship management of clients from B2B and B2C industries. Navigate organizational dynamics, anticipate client needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Strategic planning and execution: Drive planning for key workstreams and events, developing effective ideas to retain, grow and delight clients. Balance planned workstreams with opportunistic projects.
- Team development: Mentor and development of junior team members to help gain skills in research, materials creation, program ideation, communications materials from design to copywriting.
- Quality assurance: A passion for excellence that spans big picture thinking to rigorous attention to the smallest detail.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college/university and 8+ years’ experience, ideally including a proven track record of success in a fast-paced communications agency environment.
- Experience with B2B industries in environment and overall sustainability work. Healthcare industry experience a plus.
- Track record of understanding client needs and working effectively with mid- to senior-level executives, providing solid strategic counsel.
- Strong writer with a solid grasp of proper grammar, an eye for clean formatting, and ability to clearly and concisely structure persuasive documents and effective social content.
- Keen research skills to support recommendations with insights and facts.
- High-level ability to develop effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to roll-up-your-sleeves to create original content, including communications and other materials
